Great for dipping chips. You can adjust the heat with the number of chiles.

Ingredients:

Large can of Whole Tomatoes
One medium to large onion
1 floret of garlic
7-8 yellow chiles uncooked (depending on how hot you want it)
1 head of cilantro (you know, how it comes at the store)
Trim stems of cilantro and rinse.
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into the blender in the order above. Push all ingredients down into blender. Blend well so it's not chunky...liquefy for about 30-40 seconds. Check and if too chunky, blend 10-15 seconds more.

Refrigerate.

Taste with Tostitos chip...add salt if needed.
