Honduran Chicken Salad Wraps

Ethnic Origin: Honduran

Ingredients:

4 cups chopped cooked chicken (1 1/4 pounds)
2 cups coarsely shredded cabbage (1/2 pound)
1 large tomato -- diced
3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 teaspoons red pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
6 flour tortillas

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except tortillas.

Divide chicken mixture among tortillas; roll up.
